DENTAL PRACTICE DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. AFTER 30 YEARS, I FEEL FORTUNATE TO HAVE SOUTHBOROUGH DENTAL. DR. ZATERKA IS A VERY SKILLED PROFESSIONAL. HE TREATS EVERY PATIENT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. HE KEEPS UP ON ALL CURRENT TREATMENTS AND THE LATEST EQUIPMENT. I HAVE BEEN IN A DENTIST CHAIR, SINCE GRADE SCHOOL. AS A SENIOR, I NOW PRESENT MANY ISSUES OF AGING TEETH. DR. I got a front bridge when I was 14 because of past dentists ruining my teeth with braces when not needed etc. my mother found DR ZATERKA threw a very good friend (Nancy D) working there since it pratically opened with Dr Zaterka. No one knew I had one or gotten a bridge unless I told them, thats how precise and time consuming he made my front bridge!! Everyone has been so amazed on how natural looking they are!! I have been dreading it for years and putting it off but when I actually when to replace it...it wasn't that bad at all. Quite painless with novicane this procedure was. Anytime I felt something he gave me more to numb that spot. These 2 together are a amazing team and i will pay cash since I dont have dental insurance just because there genuinely care about you and making good decisions on whats best for your teeth and doesn't charge you unnecessary money either!! My last visit to Southborough Dental, was a repeat of previous visits. Great!! From walking in to the office and being greeted by everyone "hello John how are you doing? " to "good to see you again" the cleaning took place by Emily Miller who, of course was kind, gentle, caring and questioned me about any problems that might have come up. She was then followed up by Dr. Madruga as always did a great evaluation of my partial and made some slight modifications. Although I was there 15 minutes early , but was seen 10 minutes late, the cleaning service by the hygienist Debbie was well done and pain free. I requested to not have x-rays done as scheduled. This was cleared by the Dr. and I left on time with a clean mouth and new toothbrush.
