"I walked into the waiting room a nervous and apprehensive customer, I walked out a satisfied and comfortable patient". The staff was professional and informative as they prepped me for the procedure. Moreover, the entire team was effective in reducing the discomfort you might expect from pulling a tooth and inserting an implant. OUCH!
