The office staff was extremely professional. I like that the give you an estimate prior to you seeing the dentist. Dr, Medina's assistant was wonderful doing the x-rays I have a gagging reflex and she was patient and helpful. I'm terrified of dentists due to horrible childhood experience in another country. Dr. Medina is AWESOME. He put me at ease with jokes and conversation in a very short time. He is very gentle. Not only am I going back so is my husband and 4 kids.

Dr. Shah is my dentist at Medina Associates and Sylvana is her assistant. Trust me when I tell you that they are both endowed with patience, sensitivity and skill beyond anything I have experience in a dentist's office. Quite frankly, I am a complete coward when it comes to pain tolerance in the dentist's office. I have never ever been given an opportup in thenity to make a choice abourt which pain numbing medicine I would receive. I am very sensitive to the up and down movement of the dental exam chair and she was very sensitive to that. Unfortunately, as you can tell from my comments, I have not been gifted with the best nervous system. I am extremely sensitive to needles, to surprises in the dentist's chair and yet, all I did was close my eyes (to avoid looking at the needle coming as well as other things) and to be frank with you, I almost fell asleep in the chair. Several times, I failed to open my mouth wide enough because I was so relaxed. Thank you over an over and over for making this not only a painfree experience but a pleasant one not to mention the fact that my bill today was a true gift from the Gods and Dr. Medina's offce. thank, Priscilla Ramsey read less
