Great experiences with the staff and doc. They have cute names for all the instruments and handle my incredibly talkative one very well. I came here because of a friend's recommendation and even though it's a bit of a drive now, I still go here.
Yes "Kid Friendly" is what you'd expect with a pediatric dental practice and that is what you get! They treat my very talkative daughter so well and have cute names for the instruments. Love the little prize at the end. I came here on a recommendation from a friend and even though it is now a drive for me, I will keep coming here.
We absolutely adore Dr. Austin and her staff! They take amazing care of our kids, ages 5 and almost 2. Dr. Austin is extremely patient and kind and so is her staff. They truly are amazing!
Fantastic dentist and staff! Dr. Austin is friendly, soft-spoken, always smiling, and always patient with both kids and parents. You know you have a great dentist when your <10yo kids actually LIKE to go! And, I recently lost my job, so Dr. Austin was extremely generous and understanding with our bill. We're very fortunate to have such a great pediatric dentist here in NKY.
This office is wonderful! Dr. Austin is a great dentist and wonderful with children. Both of my daughters had a great experience and were not scared at all! They actually like going to the dentist! I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family. I am extremely happy I found Dr. Austin's office!
