I appreciate the promptness that Integrated Dental took in adjusting their schedule for the sensitive removal of an old, worn out amalgam filling and replacement with a ceramic crown. Although new to the profession, Dentist Jackie took great care removing the old filling and showed very good people skills during the procedure. Just like most people, going to the dentist has never been my most favorite way to spend time. But, being a responsible adult, I go when I'm supposed to (kind of). I recently switched insurance and moved to the Indian Trail area so it was time to find a new dentist. I saw Integrated Dental on my drive past every day and decided to give them a try. Everything from X-rays to cleaning to a crown was done right in the office and I never had to leave my chair. I watched a movie (they have over 100 to choose from) during my visit, which made the time time fly. I saw Dr. Eliassen, and she was awesome. She walked me through everything she was going to do and asked me how I was doing throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable. The worst part about any dental procedure for me is the application of novocaine, but they way they she does it is honestly painless. I would recommend her and this dentist office to everyone! read less
