Due to Covid I'm scared to admit it had been some time since my last cleaning. They were able to get me in and taken care, happy to be a member of the No Cavity Club! Anyhow, Dr. Lo is great at what he does. You never feel rushed when you're speaking with him and that's why he's my family's dentist.

Very pleased with our first appointment with Dr. Lo. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Eva was a pleasure to work with. We had been looking for a new Dentist since ours retired. After a terrible experience with a local dentist near our home, we found Dr. Lo just up the hill. We look forward to making this our home dentist for years to come!

I confess, I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work of any kind. I had neglected my mouth as a result of my fear. Dr. Lo and his staff understand this and have worked with me to get the care I need under a mild sedation. Dr. Lo is the most compassionate, kind and thorough health care professional I have EVER had. I wish there were more like him. Thank you for taking such good care of me all these years.

Dr. Lo is a great Dentist, my family has been going to him for years. The staff is very friendly and always makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Dr. Lo does speak softly so if you’re hard of hearing like me you’ll need to ask him to speak up.

I had a very positive experience. Doctor Lo was busy but still took the time to explain everything and was very friendly. The local anaesthesia injection was given by Vicky, it was essentially painless and did not require any additional injection. The staff made sure I was comfortable. Overall an excellent dental care experience.

Dr. Lo has been my dentist for about 6 years. He is the first dentist I've seen that has been a positive experience. I've stopped dreading going to the dentist. He is gentle, very kind, non judgemental and very easy to work with. His office staff, assistants and hygienists are very professional, kind, thorough and helpful. I strongly recommend Dr. Lo and his team.
