Floss offers a great experience from the moment you step in the office. Brandy is exceptional and knows her job very well and is very welcoming. From the past Dentist Dr. Howell to the present Dr. Amin they are very knowledgeable and are very helpful when performing procedures. They make someone like myself who is not very comfortable going to the dentist comfortable. I would definitely recommend Floss Dental.
I felt welcome from my first step in the door. The assistants were very informative as to what tests I would be having as well as how everything worked before they did it to me. The dentist was extremly nice, explained everything to me, and made sure I knew exactly what she was talking about during my whole exam. I recommend Southlake Floss to everyone, but especially those that have felt in the dark after procedures and sugestions with their past dentists.
The staff at Floss is always so friendly - from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. They show concern about your comfort at all times.
