I'm only giving Trinity dental four stars because of the service I received while trying to schedule an appointment today the lady ( chris, I think I couldn't tell she kept breathing into the phone like her mouth was on it) was quiet uncomfortable, she was constantly just going ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am repeating the same thing over and over and over while breathing in the phone after telling her that I needed to get back to work. I called Trinity Dental at 2 pm, and the receptionist Sandy was very helpful. They were full at their location, but she searched other locations to get me an appointment the same day. Very professional and excellent customer service. đź‘Ť
Trinity Dental in Cleveland by the H.E.B is the best office I have been to, to have my work done. They are very knowledgeable and helpful up front. They make sure that it is safe in the waiting room while you want for your appointment.
The doctors n assistants always take their time n deal with my fidgety 6-year old with patience n humor. They always talk TO him and tell him everything they’re gonna do before they do it. Never any surprises!

The wait was beyond ridiculous! My daughter's appointment was at 2:30 and when I told them that I've been waiting an hour and had to relieve my baby sitter. Only then did they start to move. Then apologized for the wait.
