I am new to the area and after reading many reviews I chose Sensational Smiles of Charleston. I was not disappointed. They took care of me as if I was family! Very good experience. I am looking forward to my next 6 month check up.

Dr Rutecki is amazing!! I am petrified of dentists. I let him know this, and he made sure to be very gentle with me and explain every step he made before he made it. He told me to tell him if whatever he did was becoming too much for me to handle, and when I did, he slowed down or stopped and let me have a break. He is the only dentist I will WILLINGLY go to!! The office staff is also very kind and caring.

So so go in a couple weeks ago and the tell me I owe 3000 because of my insurence I explain I have 2 insurances and a 3000 anominru they cover. They are furs that I only have a 1000 I proved them wrong. They fixed that and then the bill was still high. Honestly there isn't enough stars here to rate them!! Dr. Rutecki is AMAZING!!! I've always been terrified of dentists but I always look forward to going here!!! My most recent visit which was just yesterday I went for the delivery of my implant and he actually had to stay over a little pass closing to get me completely squared away but he made sure I had my final before letting me leave there and ive never been more satisfied!!
