I’m dentist phonic since childhood. I’m an adult and I go, but don’t like it. This time had a tiny cavity creeping under a crown. Crown needed replaced. I’m hyper sensitive to drugs and epinephrine. I was nervous about procedure and when got there reported that to Dr. White. I asked if it was at all possible to have this procedure done without anesthetic? He didn’t hesitate. If I was asking he was going to try to accommodate. I had a cavity filled last year without anesthetic and I was fine. H...read moree said he does not believe dentistry is one size fits all and agreed to try knowing that the Plan B would be anesthesia if pain level too great. We sailed through. He and his technician checked in with me consistently. I was elated that I was listened to about my body and knew what I could handle. The procedure went without a hitch and I walked out with a temporary crown returning in two weeks for the permanent crown. I can’t thank Brandon White enough. read less

Dr. White and the staff were caring and professional. There was follow-up care to make sure my new bridge was ok. I had an excellent dentist in Chico and this practice is even better. Very pleased with the results.

I so appreciate Tyler & being under Dr. White's care. After years of needing nitrous just to sit in a dental chair I am no longer afraid because of the gentle, excellent care that this office provides. The awesome environment & state of the art equipment is especially nice! Endless thanks!

I work in the healthcare field as a physician and want to recruit all of his office support staff for my office! They are responsive, kind, capable. I came in with an issue, Dr. White fixed it, and I was on my way back to normal life. Highly recommend without reservation.
