I have been a patient of Dr.Bill his son Dr.Jamie for well over forty years. During which time I have undergone numerous dental procedures. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. I highly recommend their practice to anyone seeking the highest dental care possible.
We just had the best experience at Bennett family Dental. My son was sent from his orthodontist to get two baby teeth pulled to make room for braces. He was so afraid on the way there that he was crying. Everyone there including the receptionists, hygienists & especially Dr. Jamie went out of their way to put him at ease. They were all so kind and joking with him throughout the procedure. Dr. Jamie, having 4 young kids himself, is wonderful with children. I would highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Jamie gently examined dental conditions related to L facial pain, concluding that the pain condition was not dental-caused. In process, Dr. had appropriate questions and related observations. Reviewing my meds list, he ordered appropriate prescriptions at a store near me, for pickup on my return home. A full oral x-ray further cleared any dental concerns. At Dr. Jamie's suggestion, I obtained liquid nutrients.
I have never had a bad experience at this office. The staff is professional and friendly as well. And both dentists are the best.
Been going since I was a kid and now my kids go! Very down to earth and super reasonable. Not alarmists but cautious and proactive.
Never a long wait when I show up, great work by hygienist (and fun convo) during cleanings and good plan of action for future visits from Dr Jamie. Email and text reminders for those of us too busy to answer phones. Reminders with good format so I just touch to add to my iPhone calendar!
After the incredible experience I had during my appointment yesterday I am compelled to write this review. Up to this point, I have never found much joy from visiting the dentist, and I know that most share this sentiment. Dr. Bennett and his staff could not have possibly been more professional or nice. My visit was seamless. I was taken back before I could sit down. Liz worked on my teeth and was extremely enthusiastic. She was easy to talk to and encouraging. Dr. Bennett came in and checked my teeth. He gave me the thumbs up and soon I was out the door. The appointment was lots of fun!
They were able to think ahead and recommend an extra to make sure that my son's adult teeth were coming in as they should. I was getting my teeth cleaned at the same time as my kids and they were all done and ready by the time I was done. it worked out great.
As always, my visit at Bennett Dental was great. They are friendly, caring, and superior in their care.
