This is to add the dental hygienist, Alicia, and the dental assistant, Amanda, by name. I should have looked up their names and titles first, being of that age where names go out of my head fast. Alicia's cleanings are always fun. She is lively, asks me questions about myself, does an impeccable and professional job, and makes me feel at home. Amanda was, as I said in the earlier, the complement to Dr. Imeni who makes the teamwork flow smoothly. She knows exactly what to do when. No muss, no...read more fuss. And she is friendly, interested in the patient, and a thorough professional. Jordan is the consummate professional office manager. Never misses a detail, yet is friendly and fun throughout. This was, without doubt, the most pleasant experience I have ever had in getting a tooth filled. Dr. Imeni and his hygienist (please forgive my awful memory in forgetting her name) worked like a well-oiled machine. They were calm, efficient, and super-skilled. Dr. Imeni was sensitive to my anxieties about the pain and saw to it that there was NO pain. Not even in the anesthesia stage. The music took my mind off the drill. The little vibrating instrument on my cheek did its job very well. Dr. Imeni explained the procedure to me. He was careful to check for any complications with other teeth and found one. He treated that problem as well as the immediate one. His manner was gentle, with a good sense of humor. This experience has made it so that I will not dread getting a tooth filled. I have always had excellent dentists and have been with this practice since Dr. Ramos, but Dr. Imeni has used new technology and old-fashioned skill to maximize this usually onerous experience. Alicia did her usual excellent job in cleaning my teeth and explaining things she found. Jordan and the rest of the office staff were friendly, helpful, and always make me feel at home. Bravo, team! Dr. Imeni and his team are amazing! I have had to have quite a bit of work done recently, which can be very expensive and time-consuming, but they have been so accommodating to my busy schedule and budget! Definitely recommend them!!
