I went to Gherardi and Moore for a 2nd opinion on a dental procedure that was recommended by my former dental office. When I walked in I was greeted by Rosemary who was friendly and courteous. I didn't wait long before Sally, the lead Dental assistant welcomed me. Sally was friendly, professional, and caring. She listened to my concerns about why I was there for the 2nd opinion. I am glad that I went to Gherardi and Moore for a second opinion. I made a decision to transfer my dental records from my former dental office to Gherardi and Moore. Desiree, who was also friendly and helpful, set up the appointment for my regular dental hygiene visit. I have been going to see Dr Moore for my dental needs for over 12 years now. Love his calm and sensitive chair side manner, as I am super nervous in general and lean towards terrified at the dentist. He is very good at applying the topical anesthetic then doing the numbing injections with the littlest pain possible. I have had nearly every procedure available from fillings (amalgam and composite), temporary fillings, crowns, cleanings, mouthguard, post dental implant , flipper, and more than one...read more emergency. They always get me in asap and I was even in contact with Dr Moore on Thanksgiving day one year when i had an unexpected issue. Last time even with a palate injection I can honestly say it didn’t hurt. He also offers nitrous oxide for an additional charge which helps numb the anxiety and the pain a lot. His support staff is also very excellent. He even has a plan for reduced charges for those without insurance. Can’t recommend them Moore ! 🤭 read less
