My 8/29/17 Dental Appointment went well. I got in & out in a timely manner. There appeared to be no issues with my teeth, or at least none were mentioned in the exam. The Hygienist & the Dentist were helpful in pointing out areas where I need to do a more thorough brushing. The Hygienist also pointed out that I need to change Tooth Brushes more frequently, which is good to know.
They are excellent at what they do, and they always create a friendly atmosphere. I started going there when I lived in Long Lake, but continue to make the drive from Chaska since moving.
I can't believe how happy everyone is at LLD! They are all incredible people. I was a bit upset I was bribed, pressured, coerced, etc into buying donuts for the crew however. But they are worth it ! Just sorry Lunds and it's great donuts were too far away.. LOL
I've been coming here for years and the staff are without exception very skilled, friendly, take a genuine interest in patients, and most of all, gentle.
I've been going to Long Lake Dental for many years now. In fact, I live in Arizona full time, yet I still keep Long Lake Dental as my primary dentist and make appointments twice a year when I'm back in MN visiting family... because they're that good! They never try to get you to do additional, unnecessary work on your teeth (which I hear a lot of other dental practices out there often do). Also, Jackie is the BEST! All too often we only take the time to share our negative comments and remarks. This was my first visit to this dentist on a referral from friends. I was very happy with the experience, and am pleased to have found a dentist that I think will serve me well in the future.
