I called Dr. Cooks office with tooth/gum pain at 9am. They suggested that I shiuld see the Dr. They had an 11 am opening. I took it! We Dr. Cooks observations u gave him an OJ for a root cannel procedure. Total time close ti 2 hrs. I was very pleased and have a 2 week date to complete.
Quality, painless, comfortable, interactive, informative and love the new technology.
Business as usual. Top professional service. And a relaxing atmosphere. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We are so SPOILED when we go see Dr. Cook! He and his team are so FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING! From the parking area that provides many spaces for mothers, mothers-to-be, the elderly, and the handicapped...to the warm "Welcome!"...the blankets, pillows, and drinks...and the quick billing & rescheduling process...WE ARE THANKFUL for FAMILY FIRST DENTAL!

Today I came in to have a crown re-cemented as it came out while eating dinner. I called yesterday to see if Dr. Cook would have time to see me today, and I was scheduled in this morning. I always appreciate being taken care of in emergency situations and I have had a few in the 26 years that I have been a patient. Dr. Cook is the best, and so is his staff !
Lori & I had a very pleasant hygiene appointment today! So good to see another man working with you! Blake was very friendly and gentle! All the ladies have also been very kind & friendly.
