Unfortunately, this office recently expanded and is now heavily focused on marketing and advertising. This office is impersonal, agressive, and not patient focused. I appreciate a reminder before my appointment, but this office now cancels your appointment (assuming you might not show) and give it to someone else if you don’t actively contact them a week before to ”confirm you still plan to attend your appointment”. A medical office offering gifts and prizes for sharing/liking their Facebook page, posting video testimonials, referring a friend. Isn’t your dental appointment about your health? It seems to be aggressively focused on sales/revenue with no personal touch or respect for their patents or their time/responsibilities/schedules. Why is setting an appointment and showing up now so complicated, invasive, and stressful? Why do I need to be contacted by text, phone, and email auto-bots multiple times before my appointment requiring my immediate action with threats of cancelling my appointment? Too much. Find a patient focused office that respects you, your time, your health. Not an office focused on everything else. read less

My name is Ruth and I have been a patient at Village Dental at Saxony for two years. The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. The work I have had done here has been the best. (I have gone to many dentists.) The staff is well trained and kind. They try to put you at ease by answering your questions and making sure you are as comfortable as possible. I went to Saxony Dental for the 1st time in March of this year and i was amazed at the size of the dental office and the high tech modern equipment tbat they have in place, but more so, I was more so impressed with the professionalism of each and every staff member, from the receptionist to the dental hygienst, and ultimately the dentist. I would highly recommend Saxony Dental to my friends and family!

My husband and I are fairly new patients. Our experiences with the staff, the hygienists and the dentists have been very good. Everyone is respectful and professional. Our wait times have been very short. The hygienists and dentists have been very thorough and take time to answer questions. I have never felt like I was being rushed or that they were in a hurry to get me out. Overall, we are very satisfied.

My family & I have always enjoyed our experience here. The have computers & video games for kids & tweens. They always have a toy to give kids after services rendered. We are comfortable here its clean & friendly environment & they work with you & flexible too. I love most how excited they seem to be when they see me. The staff & i are on hugging basis which im ecstatic about.
