I always learn about better dental health, and how to best control my dental health--This was true in my appointment of today, and I have recommended this practice to others already. They make going to the dentist a joy instead of a horror, and I hope others will benefit from their experiences here.

I had been seeing a dental hygienist at Dental Care of Vernon Hills for the last 2 yrs.and so was apprehensive when I found out she had left the practice. However, kelly worked with me today and she did an excellent job making me not miss my old dental hygienist. She was friendly and took time in cleaning my teeth and explaining things clearly to me.

Let's face it...no one really likes to go to the dentist unless they have to, right? The dentists here some of the most kind, considerate, and caring dentists I have ever gone to. I was in tremendous pain, called the office and explained my situation, and they took me in the same day. I was impressed with how thorough and friendly everyone was, even though they had to "squeeze" me in. It made me feel important and that my pain was valid. The staff was amazing. As soon as I entered the receptionists were very friendly. They asked all my questions and engaged in a nice and warm conversation. It made me feel I have known them forever. Kelly, she was a dental Hygienist and was very lovely. I would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you all!

I am not the ideal patient. I am 78 years old, with many years of experience with dentists: some good, some bad. What makes me less than ideal is that I am a "snowbird" in Florida six months out of the year, where I have found the ideal dentist, but require a dentist close to my primary home in Vernon Hills just for my mid-summer teeth cleaning and for emergent care near home. Dental Care of Vernon Hills has been pro-active in communicating with my Florida dentist, and their request is I keep them informed of the dental care I receive in Florida so that they might have timely records. My appointment yesterday went well beyond my expectation. It was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and at 9:00 AM the hygienist was ready for me. Her prophylaxis was thorough, it included a measurement of pockets, a full mouth bitewing set of x-rays and a check-up by the dentist, recommendations, and a dental kit. I have been a patient for years and I am so happy with this group. I had my annual cleaning/x-ray done yesterday with Kelly and she was great. This office is always on time, friendly and willing to take the time to explain your procedures to explaining your bill. Always a great appoint. How often can you say that when visiting you Dentist??

Great visit. This was my 2nd visit. Once again the office was clean and running on time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt they were thorough while keeping a relaxing vibe.
