This was my first visit as a new patient at this dental office and I am SO happy with how it went! The staff was so friendly and nice (and funny!) and made me feel so comfortable. I am scared of the dentist and they made me feel less scared. I finally found a dentist that I love!
The staff is super friendly and the technical ability of the hygienists and Dr. Snow are the best. They take the time to explain exactly what is going to happen, details of the procedure and are careful to make sure you are comfortable and have all your questions answered. I highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Snow is very thorough and explains everything. If there is an emergency, it is easy to get in to see them.

Dr. Snow and her staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Snow is very knowledgeable and takes her time to fully explain dental procedures and different options.
Friendly people, led by Dr. Snow and her energetic and bright mind. Dr. Snow listens but comes with important knowledge that none of us know anything about (let's be honest none of us stay up on dental trends). The staff is great and the hygienists really try hard to make it a quick (and pain-free) experience. My teeth are in much better shape than the rest of me thanks to Dr. Snow and her staff!
I recently moved back to the area and started going to Dr Snow about a month and a half a go. I have had 3 visits so far and she has a very friendly staff. Dr. Snow does a great job of making me comfortable about the work she performs. She gives very detailed descriptions of what she is going to be doing to my mouth before she does her work. Her dental assistants are amazing as well.
Every four months I drive from downtown Chicago to Homewood to have my teeth cleaned and examined in the friendly offices of Dr. Snow. From the reception by Sandy who greets me since 17 years to Dawn who cleans my teeth, I feel comfortable and welcome. Dr Snow herself is one of the best Dentists I have known in my long life of 81 years. She is competent and I trust her judgement completely.
