I can not say I had good service on 6-17 this year. I went back in June for first issue with bottom denture. I had an appointment for today, to get the upper and lower denture adjusted. I met Mr. John, he was very nice, he listened to what I wanted done. He did the adjustments I needed. My dentures felt great, like they were my own teeth. I would recomment Familia Dental in Champaign, Il. the waiting room floor was marked for the people not to sit too close to each other. The lady at the counte...read morer was very nice, checked my temp, then I got in on time to see the dentist, no long wait like before. This service today was the BEST ever . Give then a call. There staff is great they always try and do the best they can with the pain issue you come in to the clinic with. Always nice staff and clean clinic.

During this covid-19 situation, I was so lucky to be seen at the office. I had a molar break and was in so much pain, I couldn’t handle it. I walked in and the new lady at the desk was amazing she told me if I could wait in my car she would let me know if they had an cancellations. Well they did and she had me in the exam room in no time!!! The dentist did what he could do given the circumstances and now two days later I’m feeling so much better, and will return after the antibiotics are finishe...read mored to have my work done! To be honest if it wasn’t for the sweet lady up front I don’t think I’d have been seen because the call center that the calls go to was no help! But on office staff were beyond amazing! read less

I was texted a couple times to make sure I remember that my emergency appointment wasn’t forgotten. The faculty at Familia dentistry lead me to the what I needed to truly assist me in relieving my tooth pain. Which I'll be oral surgery because of complications in my mouths anatomy. They gave me the facts and werent trying to make money off of me. They only wanted to help.
