Dr Patel and his staff are the best .They explain everything they are doing they make you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Patel has been taking care of my family's and my teeth for over 10 years. He has provided excellent care while correcting some of my issues from the military, and is never pushy for procedures but tells it to you straight. The hygienists are wonderfully skilled and never cause discomfort while leaving you with the cleanest teeth you will run your tongue across for at least 6 months. (When they clean them again). Dr. Patel and his staff are the best. I have been a patient here for 20 years. I've never been to a medical or dental office that sees you right at your scheduled appointment time so consistently. The office staff is courteous and friendly. The office manager, Missy, works hard to keep things running smoothly. Dr. Patel is kind, gentle, and does excellent work. The hygienists and assistants are fantastic. I would see no one else for my dental care.
If you want a caring and supported staff and a Dr. that really cares and listen to his patients; I would highly recommend Dr. Patel. You want be disappointed.
I’ve seen Dr Patel twice, he put me at ease right away (little dental phobia). He’s down to earth, really easy to talk to and is very thorough. I moved & Dr Patel came recommended by my previous dentist. I’m quite happy
This whole practice is tops!
We have been going to Dr. Patel for years. He and his staff are alway kind and courteous. They are very personable and caring. We really appreciate that Dr. Patel is reasonable about what he recommends. We have gone to other dentist who seem to recommend every service they offer and it feels like they are trying to line their pockets with our money. This is not how Dr. Patel operates. We hope Dr. Patel stays around the northside of Jacksonville for the years ahead.
