When my dentist retired, Dr. Mark Nishimura took over his practice and I've been pleasantly surprised. They've updated the facility and technology and are clear with communication. Big fan of Dr. Mark and highly recommend (and I'm very picky when it comes to dentists!)
My wife and I have been patients here for almost 10 years ànd we agree that this dental practice is first rate, comfortable, skillful and friendly. If referring to specialized services is necessary, their contacts are first class.
Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hygienists, the dental assistants and especially Dr. Tiffany, is very friendly and helpful. They don't keep you waiting and are very professional. The best part for me is, Dr. Tiffany is honest and doesn't try to tell you that you need work done when you don't! Our whole family is receiving care at this practice and we are all so happy with it! We are treated with professionalism , efficiency and care. It is hard to find a dentist you trust and I am so glad that we have Drs Nishimura and Kitamura taking care of us. Thank you
Tiffany and Mark not only give outstanding dental care, they are delightful personalities and the office staff is very helpful in scheduling and other matters. We recently had an emergency matter that was handled within a few hours after calling. The office is conveniently located with ample parking.
It truly felt that Tiffany Kitamura & Mark Nishimura both always cared about me as a patient rather than dollar signs (I have previously gone to other dentists that would continue to try to sell me excess services). I am happy to have found such a great dental practice!

It is with great regret that I am going to cease driving to San Jose from Carmel for my dental care. I sold my townhome in San Jose and so I felt it was time to disengage from Silicon Valley after many long years.
