It was my first visit. I loved that i was able to schedule everything promptly using internet, including the necessary paperwork. Christina helped me a lot and provided the feedback in seconds. It was very convenient. Everyone was friendly on-site. The doctor and the nurse explained in detail whatever was needed and patiently answered all the questions I had. My toddle was with me there and she enjoyed this experience, too.

It was my first visit to Smiles and Dr. Hall and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was very impressed in how the my teeth were examined and their condition was reviewed with me. I also found the staff explained procedures well and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I always appreciate that I know what to expect at Smiles. The cleaning went well, per usual. I had a new, very friendly tech and she was very gentle, yet thorough. X-rays were a breeze. Dr. Chou is always great! All in all, another great visit.

I had a crown fall off my tooth and called the office. They were able to get me in within a half hour's time and Dr Chou fixed the problem for me with no complications. I really appreciate how helpful and prompt the entire staff is in taking care of their patients.
