From start to finish I have never had a better dental experience. My daughter had an emergency (severe swelling and extreme pain) and I called hoping they could get her in. They accommodated us so quickly. The insurance forms were online so we had all that done before we ever got to the office. Every single staff member, hygienist and Dr Donna took the time to explain everything. She is 16 and they spoke to her so that she understood what was happening. The pricing was upfront. I have been a patient of Dr. Darren Altadonna for almost 23 years and will tell you he is a fantastic dentist! Not only is he extremely professional and skilled in his field, but he is also a genuine and kind individual. After moving away from the Highland area nearly 20 years ago, I would have found a different dentist closer to where I now live had it not been for the relationship I’ve established with Dr. Darren and his highly qualified staff. I trust them to do a consistently great job ...read morewith my teeth, which they do, but go beyond that by remembering facts about their patients' lives, asking questions, and sincerely caring. To me, it is worth the drive to travel to Highland for my dental appointments. I would also mention that Alyssa Wilke does a phenomenal job as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She goes beyond what might be expected, and should also be recognized for her commitment to providing excellent patient service. She is funny and smart, and her pleasant personality makes each visit less stressful (for those of us who have the potential to get a bit anxious about these types of things…) and more enjoyable.
