Big Smile is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I lost a part of an old filling and had a piece of my tooth crack-off 2 days ago. They made room for me within a day (I wouldn’t expect this from anyone in any profession and maybe one shouldn’t but I got lucky?). Gabby was amazing and Dr. Kim was beyond personable and extremely professional. Wow does she make you feel like she’s got it covered...and she does!. I didn’t even feel the anesthetic shot(s). I always have a great experience here! Everyone is so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They also make sure you are super comfortable during all of your procedures. Dr. Siegel is the best for veneers and he is the friendliest doctor ever!Highly recommend this place!

Visited to day for cracked tooth. Doctor and assistant were kind, knowledgeable, and very well geared covid wise. Also extremely patient. Double masked (N95 plus a dental.) They made me an emergency appointment yesterday for next appointment. I have no dental insurance so had to pay for the procedure same day. Took about an hour from start to finish. Surprising because my tooth was pretty broken up and I had a root canal done to it so he had to remove all the posts. I went here originally because of the special they were offering on Invisalign. I assumed it was gonna be like every other dentist office. I was completely wrong.This is easily the best dentist office In the mid-west. I’m originally from Kentucky. I’ve gone to the dentist there, Indiana, Iowa and other states. He did my Invisalign and worked a miracle. Every single time I went to him to, he explained the process, was always in a good mood, and performed excellent work. I went from huge gaps in my front teeth to a perfect smile because of him. I had a dental appointment this week at Big Smile Dental for cleaning. The facility is totally in compliance with all the Covid-19 prevention regulations and I felt perfectly at ease. The hygienist Martha is a very professional and gentle person doing an outstanding job. Well done.
