Great experience and excellent customer service. I had called in for an appointment, they where able to squeeze me in an hour prior, saving me the whole day. I still got there a little early which they brought me in; took full X-rays and filled a cavity while they covered cost options in about 45 min. Walked out there 20 min after my expected time. Great place, I recommended it to many people so far.
I had a 10:30 appt and was seen fairly quickly. The staff was friendly, and the dentist was professional. Clean environment, I would recommend others.
Staff was helpful and very nice. I had to wait for a bit but that was not an issue given the fact they fit me on that same day I called. The doctor was very nice and professional and explained the process of what needed to be done in a simple manner. Everything was cleaned and organized.
The visit went very well. I am very satisfied with the services I received.

Everyone was very nice, but I did wait for over an hour to be seen, which is unfortunate, but perhaps normal for a Saturday afternoon.
I'm not big on dentists. Have a fear of them and needles. But I finally decided to go in and get some dental issues taken care of while I had the insurance. I saw this place on Facebook and since they took my insurance made the trek from the south suburbs to give them a try. I was expecting to be turned away like other places have but I wasn't.
