Dr. LUM Took very good care of my father. My dad was on a slow, painful journey of extractions, trying to get his dentures and smile back. His insurance would only cover a certain amount of extractions at a time. Dr. Lum took them all out. Took my father out of pain. Love HFDC Mililani! The staff are always so friendly and are happy to be at work! Everyone always has a smile on their face! The doctors are great! They take the time to talk with you and have a relationship with you!!
The offices and waiting room is very clean, very friendly staff, doctors, hygienist, and such lovely and caring people. I feel so relaxed and at ease, when I'm there. I've read other Dental office reviews first before choosing which dentist I would end up with. And Hawaii Family Dental had much more pleasing and good comments than a few others I viewed. One should truly give it a shot and make this their home Dentist. (I Did). 😀

I've been going to this dentist office for a couple years now and I love them! I just recently went in for a cleaning and had to bring my baby with me. The hygienist was so understanding and let me get up to pop his binky back in his mouth. If they need to change my appointment they always call first to let me know.Everyone is always so friendly. I tell all my friends they should switch dentists and go there.
Dr Choy was excellent in making me feel comfortable, explaining treatment options and explaining what she was looking at in the x-rays that was taken.. She also looked for treatment options that would fit my budget instead of just presenting the most expensive one. The person who took my dental impressions was gentle and very professional. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.. I would recommend this office to my family. Ps-. not a scary place!!! LOL!!!!!
