I cannot day enough good things about Kailua Dental Arts! I wish I had found them sooner while on island! This has been the first time that I have been to a dental office where everyone, literally EVERYONE, is SO kind and patient! My first appointment, I went for a regular cleaning for myself and my 2 year old, and we also had my 7 month old daughter with us as well. Well, when I was trying to get my teeth cleaned, the ladies up front were glad to keep my girls entertained while I tried to do so...read more, but unfortunately, my youngest just wasn’t having it. They were all still so kind and patient with the girls and myself despite me not being able to finish my cleaning. Dr. Truong was great with my toddler as well and her first experience went so much better than expected!Since that first visit, I have had to go back twice for a good bit of extensive work done. They were able to fit me in for two 4-hour sessions to prevent me from having to make multiple trips, which I was not expecting but am very thankful for. Dr. Truong and both assistants who were doing all of the procedures were extremely precise in their work while constantly making sure I was okay with as little pain as possible. I have received calls to just check up on my healing in between appointments, which was a first for me! All in all, this place is absolutely wonderful from the very moment you enter the office and are greeted by name by the ladies at the front desk. So sad I will have to leave them soon! read less

I can’t say enough about this office. We receive excellent dental care and advice. They offer orthodontic care as well so it is a one stop shop for all your needs. I actually changed insurance plans to stay with this office. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They work to understand your needs and capabilities and will work to help you find a solution that fits your budget.

I'm 70 years old and have been to a few dentists in my time, but I have never had a dentist clearly explain what is going to be done as well as Dr. Marcus Hannah. From the very first visit about eight years ago I have been thoroughly pleased with his work that exceeded my expectation. Dr. Hannah also surrounds himself with the best help from dental hygienist Keri as well as Christy and Salina at the front desk. To go anywhere else is to settle for less.

Kailua Dental Arts was able to see us quickly and provide care for my son, who was having a tooth ache. The professional staff handled our needs with care and we felt completely at ease with Dr Marcus Hannah. X-rays, extractions and a follow up plan, all made easy. Having just moved here we were nervous about finding a good dentist, we found a great one! I highly recommend this office for dental care.

As a lifelong struggler of dentaphobia, it was extremely difficult just getting my foot in the door of a dentists office. This aversion was overcome by the caring, quality oriented, personalized services provided to me by Dr.Marcus Hannah and his entire staff at Kailua Dental Arts. Their pleasant demeanors accompanied by a very high degree of professionalism are unsurpassed!

I am highly impressed with the Kailua Dental Arts staff and facilities. I am new to the area and this dental office came highly recommended, and now I see why. I was seen by Cari and Dr. Sontaag. The staff was friendly and professional. The facilities are welcoming, clean and they use current technology. I recommend Kailua Dental Arts!

No one like going to the dentist....... especially me. My visits to Kailua Dental Arts for cleaning and fillings, were actually a pleasant experience. From dentist to hygienist, to receptionist. Every one was so nice, easy going, yet very professional. They have the latest in high tech stuff. 3D xrays. It's amazing what detail you can see now! Just hours after I got my filling.....I'd forgotten I'd been to the dentist! My "bite" felt natural. It didn't feel like a foreign objec...read moret in my mouth.
