I had my semi-annual dental checkup and cleaning this week. As always, my Hygienist Elaine is wonderful, and I enjoy seeing her and getting caught up. Dr. Wood is my primary care dentist and he's awesome! Never pushy and extremely detailed in his advisement and dental care options. My entire family are patients of BGW approaching 15yrs now. You will not be disappointed with the excellent care you will receive from any of the Dentists, Hygeinist's and their wonderful customer care staff.
Always very professional, clean including restrooms, everyone greets you and says goodbye to you when you leave which is rare most all places today. Dr Bennett does an excellent job with only having the best work for him and it’s very obvious when you’ve been in customer service as myself for 38 years you know what to look for and they hit the mark every time.
I saw a BGW coffee mug on a table at work and called immediately. I had been suffering excruciating pain in a broken tooth that I was self nursing. After hearing my pain the nice person on the other end of the phone took info and told me to come in right away. I filled out the standard doctors office paper work and jumped on their Guest WiFi which they happily offered. I have been going to them for my dental services for years now. Consistently positive experience. Very pleasant office to deal with, the staff is polite and efficient and the dentists are excellent.

All aspects of my visit from scheduling to examination was first rate and seamless from start to finish. My hygienist, Amanda, was excellent and Dr. wood is the very best dentist I`ve had in over 50 years. This is an exceptional dental group that has earned my gratitude and respect!
Just moved to Gainesville and unfortunately cracked a tooth. Dr. Smith and his team was able to fit me in. Cannot say enough good things about this office, from the front desk, Erica, to Dr. Smith and his assistants.

I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. I had broken a tooth and was having a lot of pain. I called and was seen the same day by Dr. Greene. Even though I couldn’t see her whole face I could see her smile as she met me. She was truly concerned with the pain I was in. Denise, her assistant was very gentle and made taking my x-rays a breeze with the amount of pain I was in. It turned out I needed a crown on one of my molars and Dr. Greene and Denise fixed me right up!
Needed a new dentist after switching insurances and was recommended BGW. Needless to say, I was really impressed with the level of care I got. I got an appointment quickly and the care team was incredible. Recommend Dr. Tuggle if you need a new dentist!
