I am 16 weeks pregnant and our of the blue I had a terrible toothache. After about 2 days it was unbearable and I was referred to this office by my aunt who had nothing but great things to say. Val squeezed me in last minute without any questions and I was seen immediately. I had a release form from my OB on what I could and could not have due to pregnancy and every staff member was made sure to follow the instructions. Wow! What a wonderful trip to the dentist. Of course it's not usually something you want to do, but, Dr. Xhoana Gjelaj and her staff were absolutely incredible! I broke a tooth and was a brand new patient to top it off...but they treated me like an old friend getting me right in. The Doctor had no prior dental records on me, and I listened to her describe my teeth to her assistant in exact detail as she began my examination. Including the fact that two of my teeth had been pulled from childhoo...read mored and she knew why. I won't go to another dentist. I can honestly say my first visit to Tarpon Springs Dental was pleasant and educational. My hygienist Lisa is the best. She took great care in explaining all procedures and meeting with Dr. Gjelaj was just as informative. Dr. Gjelaj and her staff are wonderful .

No question about that... from 9 to 5 is most certainly the longest day that I have ever spent in a dentist's chair! The experience was a far cry from those hours spent as a boy with the drill being powered by a very old gerbil.
