Dr. Sorensen and his entire staff are Rock Stars! As for my situation, the entire team went that extra mile for me. The staff was professional, the office was well organized, and they followed up after my visit. Their 5 Star rating is well deserved.

One visit crown for my tooth. My regular dentist kept pushing and punching me to get done. Only problem is that it really was not hurting at all. I know, I know... that is not why you need to get things fixed - you need to get them taken care of before they start causing pain and problems. I know. But I just hate going to the dentist to get a crown and all that work and a temporary tooth and then come back in 2-3 weeks and get the permanent one in place. SO i tell my dentist if they had that CER...read moreEC thing - I would get it done. Fast forward to next appt...they still don’t have it done. But they keep trying to schedule me. Even call me with ‘Patient Appreciation Week’ special of $100 off. All I want to do is scream.... It isn’t really all about the money. It is the process. I want to walk in - get the work done - and walk out. So I walked into Bluewater on a Friday just to inquire. 1.) Beautiful office2.) Nice and convenient office3.) They asked when I wanted it done. I said when can you do it. They said how about 7:30 AM on Monday. I said book it.I filled out all their info on a computer - instead of stupid paper forms. They took my insurance info. They contacted my current dentist and got recent x-rays.I walked in Monday morning and got to work. A couple of hours later - I walked out with the permanent crown in place. Very nice assistants and the dentist is simply fabulous. The CEREC process is awesome. I was eating lunch on Monday when I though I was going to have to drink soup or something .Checking out was simple. paying was an even better surprise.The one visit CEREC crown was several hundred dollars LESS than what I was quoted to by regular dentist - at least the portion that matters to me - what amount I have to pay out of pocket. You would think that for the extra cool technology and the immediate nature of the service that the price would be the same or higher. NOPE. It was less expensive. I am so very happy. I will be moving my cleanings and regular checkups over to this office. I could not be happier. Give them a call. They will wow you as well. read less

After years of fearing and dreading the dentist, I had the best dental experience ever. I had a crown done, while in the office. Dr. Sorensen and his staff are wonderful! Very clean, and latest equipment which makes for a stress-free dental experience!
