Best experiments by dental workout thx Dr and staff
Monday June 6th I was referred to Dr. Alvarez from one of my wife's friends. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I was impressed by the politeness of Maria. I called on Saturday afternoon and she scheduled me and my dad for Monday afternoon which was awesome. I am a retired Physician. I did a lot if research prior to scheduling my appointment with Dr. Alvarez. Dr. Alvarez performed major dental surgery on me today. I knew it was going to be a big job with significant risks. I made the correct decision choosing Dr. Alvarez. There's no doubt! He and his team are fantastic. Dr Alvarez was awesome he took the time with me to explain what I needed done and then he had this amazing machine called CEREC which did my crown in one hour. It was awesome!!!
As I walked In I felt super comfortable. All the staff made me feel welcomed right away. Everyone had a smile on their faces. From the front desk , the hygienist Maria and the dental assistant LIli. The office is beautiful with state of the art equipment and technology. Dr. Alvarez was super nice and took the time to explain all treatments and recommendations to me. Dr. Alvarez is caring, honest, and very professional. I've had surgical procedures with excellent outcomes. Now, I go there for my routine check-ups and cleanings and I am 100% satisfied. All the staff are friendly and very helpful to schedule appointments.
I have finally found the best dental care in the area if not of all South Florida. The clinic is immaculate, very professional service and most importantly very knowledgeable and caring team. From the minute you walk in until you leave they make sure you fell at home. Dr. Alvarez is excellent as well as his entire staff, he is not only talented but a true perfectionist, working hard on every little detail with the latest gadgets and tools. A five star dentist. 100% Recommended
Been coming to Dr Alvarez for the past 5 years and don't think I'll switch to another dentist ever. Great customer service, friendly staff and always leave satisfied with my dental cleaning. Would definitely recommend!!
love this dentist and staff!! I have had so many bad experiences with dentist in my life, but i now drive literally an hour just to see them. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the Dentist is such a nice, professional guy and he is a perfectionist too! he does not finish until its done right!5 stars for sure
