I love everything about your practice and will continue to refer my friends. The only suggestion I have is maybe having the hygeinists wear kid (and adult :0) friendly name tags. I'm pretty sure both my daughters' hygeinists introduced themselves, but I quicky forgot them and I would have liked to call them by name.

We have been coming to Dr. Vanessa for a few years now. We specifically looked for a private office, where we would pay higher rates, but the wait would be less and the overall office experience much nicer. We love the Dr., but the office is getting very crowded. Parking is terrible and the wait is very long. Our last two visits were way too long. Yesterday's visit was for our younger son, who was in the office for the firs time. The appointment took over an hour. That should not be the c...read morease for a baby who is visiting for the first time. I hope these matters get addressed, as we love the office staff and Dr. Thank you. read less

long time ago it was a hassle to go to the dentist with the kids, never thinking going with three kids BUT The experience with Petit smile was fabulous and very smooth is amazing the treat the kids receive from the staff and the doctor, is a 5star dentist

Por primera vez, esperamos alrededor de 45 mins para ser atendidos. Un poco largo para un nino de 5 anos despues de un dia de colegio. La tecnico nos atendio muy amablemente pero debimos esperar por la Dra para su chequeo final, aproximadamente 15 mins.

Everything was terrific. Staff is awesome. Only bummer is the tv (maybe Internet issue) didnt work so my daughter couldn't watch a movie. But everything else great :-)

I love Petit Smiles! My kids were afraid of visiting the dentist, but after the visit yesterday, they are asking me to go back to visit them!.
