We had a wonderful experience at Meadows Family Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, patient, and incredibly kind. They made my child Vincenza feel comfortable and at ease - something that’s not always easy at the dentist! The dental hygienist Crystal explained everything in kid-friendly terms. She was so sweet. My daughter as been going to this facility for a few years and I am always very satisfied with the care she receives. She just had a cleaning, x-ray and exam and I couldn't have been happier with the dental hygienist and her assistant. They were both extremely professional, gentle, and kind. I deal with a lot of medical professionals and I rate Meadow Family Dentistry very highly. Dr. Meadows is also caring and thorough and explains any potential issues.

Sonni and Dr. Prado were amazing with my son. He can be difficult to clean teeth but they made it seamless and gave him a wonderful experience. They definitely have a way with kids.

I cannot say enough good things about Meadows Family Dentistry! Recently my 10-year-old daughter had to have two teeth removed by Dr. Pardo with the help of her assistant, Crystal. My daughter has severe anxiety when it comes to medical and dental procedures. Despite having been administered laughing gas, my daughter was still very anxious and during the procedure starting screaming (quite loudly!) and moving her body all around, no doubt making it quite difficult for everyone to do their jobs. ...read moreI was amazed at how calm Dr. Pardo and Crystal were the entire time. They engaged with my daughter throughout the entire procedure, asking her questions or telling her funny stories to try to distract her. They made sure she was as comfortable as possible. They gave her a blanket for warmth and a squishy to squeeze. They stopped (often!) when she needed a minute to regroup. The whole procedure lasted nearly an hour and a half and I'm guessing it should have taken less than half this time but never once did Dr. Pardo or Crystal lose her patience or become irritated. There ended up being one more staff in the room with us toward the end but regrettably I did not catch her name but she too was very sweet! They even joked with Elise about what great pipes she has and wonderful singing she did for everyone. As difficult of an experience this was for Elise I was so happy to have had Dr. Pardo and Crystal in that room with us that day. You know you have wonderful dental professionals when they can stay cool and calm, even when a child is losing their stuff in the worst way. We went for a second opinion after hearing good things. We were greeted upon entering. The entire staff was kind and engaged my five year old in conversation. The dental assistant was very patient and helped make it fun for him. Dr. Meadows was just as fun- great patient interaction and also took time to explain things to me clearly. We did not feel rushed and had a clear plan upon leaving. I would recommend this practice to others.
