horrible experience. I was told that the staff checked with my insurance company andI would not have to pay anything for the services. I made it perfectly clear that the only work to br performed is only what the insurance company would pay for . Again I was assured that it was all covered ...they billed me for over $700 telling me that the insurance company made a mistake and I should take it up with them.

I recently had my teeth cleaned and was very pleased with the results, as usual. Sam the hygienist was friendly and professional. But so are the entire staff at Adventura Bright Smiles.

As a relatively new resident of Southern Florida, I had put off finding a new dental practice as I was so attached to the NY Dentist and staff where I had been going for a number of years. Dr Cohen and his talented staff assuaged all my concerns during my 1st visit. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful starting with Linette who ensured that all of my previous records were transferred expeditiously. She also performed the initial exam and expertly and comprehensively photographed all...read more of my teeth. Sam's semi-annual cleaning was outstanding, and both thorough and gentle. Lastly, Dr. Cohen was wonderful - - clearly explaining all recommendations and very respectful of the notes submitted by my former NY Dentist. The entire Team made me feel so welcome and everything was explained to me in full detail during this visit. I am so pleased and relieved to have found Dr. Cohen and his clearly outstanding staff. Today's visit was great! X-rays were tajen. My teeth were cleaned and checked for cavities and my teeth checked out. Just a little bit of plaque but nothing too concerning.
