I recently had my first appointment at Arch Dental. I haven't had dental care in several years, so I knew I had a mouthful of problems. The hygienist's skill and delicateness of touch was much appreciated! Dr Kaur was forthcoming in offering options and plans of care, and I feel confident in moving forward with the process we agreed on. I definitely recommend Arch Dental.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I came from a different dentistry and needed in network services and arch was more than happy to take me in. Samantha at the front desk was AMAZING with communication prior to my appointment and made sure that I knew what my insurance was covering. She went above my expectations in that way weeks before even being a patient. The dental hygienist was very friendly and precise with all aspects of the examination. I would say this is the best experience I have had at a dental office to the point that I have rescheduled all my appointments and also my child’s appointments to this location. I had a positive experience at the Arch Dental West Hartford office. From the front desk staff member, the dental technician, and Dr. Kaur, I received helpful information and excellent care. Everything was carefully explained regarding my care plan, and I look forward to a continuing relationship with this practice to improve and maintain my dental health.

Once again, I was so comfortable coming in for a cleaning. Dr. Kaur explains everything she is about to do. The staff is kind and very proficient and the little perks for comfort ( beverages while waiting, TV screen, noise cancelling headphones, free chapstick and warm lavender hand and face towel at the end. The membership package is a great deal that includes 2 cleanings, 1 set of xrays and one emergency visit per year!

I always enjoy my visit to Arch dental, it’s a very pleasant office, relaxing atmosphere and staff is attentive and nice. Dr. Kaur is a sweetheart, and always does a thorough job, explaining details regarding your teeth and gums. So glad I found Arch Dental!!
