I hate the dentist I absolutely loath detest (insert any negative word here ) the dentist. I have had some bad experience with the dentist. I have neglected my teeth for years out of fears of the dentist. That aside I LOVE THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I had DR. Blackwell, highly recommend him. He speaks softly which for me lowers my anxiety. He is very informative again really important for me. He gave me options and discussed pros and cons of the options. I left informed a...read morend confident. I'm pretty sure he worked through the lunch break for me. The hygienist was so nice ( the whole staff is nice) and kept me laughing again lowers my anxiety. I got shots which I hate got drilled and capped and set up another appointment I plan on attending. Was referred to a specialist and got a very good explanation of why. I LOVE THIS PLACE WILL GO NOWHERE ELSE EVER the office doesn't have the sterile hospital smell which is a big plus very clean but warm and welcoming as well. Dr Chimiri and Lauren did a fantastic job of keeping me calm, explaining the procedure thoroughly before we started, and checking with me throughout the process to make sure I understood what was going on. Before I was discharged, I was given a discharge packet and explained what I needed to do. A tooth extraction is not a pleasant experience at any time, but Dr. C made it as comfortable for me as he could.
