TO smile design is wonderful! I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs! Today I saw Lisa for a general cleaning and she was wonderful! Very sweet and did a great job! The staff is always so welcoming when you walk in and the office of very clean. You won’t be disappointed with Dr Elbert and his amazing staff!

I have been moving around to different countries and places, among the dentists I have had Dr. Elbert is the best. He starts with a though examination of the full month and produce a treatment plan. Instead of running after problems, Dr. Elber's preventive and treatment plan leads to healthier teeth of the whole mouth. And Dr. Elbert's office staffs are warm and helpful.

I had been going to my same dentist for many years until a move forced me to choose another doctor. The moment I walked into Thousand Oaks Smile Design my treatment was exceptional. The customer care and service at the front desk is friendly and prompt, they are simply the nicest staff I have ever experienced. They assisted me through registration and then I met Rachel, I’m sure one of several very qualified dental technicians. But Rachel was amazing. So professional, kind and qualified. Then there is Dr Elbert, extremely professional and so qualified. He explains everything so well and you walk away knowing you are in good hands. And when I was done with my appointment I met with Sara, who is the financial advisor, she was absolutely wonderful. So professional and organized and explained the process of billing so there would be no surprises. Very seldom does an organization get it right, where “people” truly matter. So thank you all for making a trip to the dentist a positive experience. If I could accurately rate Thousand Oaks Smile Design I would give it a perfect “10”. read less
