I've been seeing Dr. Mak for a few years. She's friendly, outgoing, and precise. She takes time to explain what's going on and how to better take care of your teeth, and she doesn't hard sell you on any products or treatments.

I was having extreme discomfort with my teeth. She saw me right away . Her diagnosis was right on and referred me to a special nearby and they saw within the hour. Their treatment plan took care of the pain and the Abscess tooth. She is very caring dentist!

Dr. Makassebi is very professional . She cares for you as a whole person. She wants to know if you understand the procedures that will happen during your appointment. She has a great sense of humor . She is the best dentist !

I appreciate how kind and informative Dr. Makassebi and the other staff are. I always feel like she has my interest at heart. If there is an issue, she doesn't sugar coat it. I've never had a better dental experience

Excellent service, the hygienist is very thorough and professional. She gives great advice on how to care for my teeth and I would highly recommend both the hygienist and the dentist at this practice. Dr Makassebi always explains everything in detail and despite being busy she always has time for her patients.

Great office located directly downtown. The service as ever was excellent, the team are very caring and professional. I have been going to this dentist for 15+ and would highly recommend them to anyone living or working in downtown San Francisco.

Going to a new Dentist is always a little anxious. However Dr Makassebi ‘s office was easy to find downtown. I was greeted by the staff right away. Wyoming the hygienist was excellent and made sure that I was comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Makassebi came to follow up and go over a future care plan. She has a great sense of humor . I was very impressed.
