My wife, my 12 year old son, and I have regular check ups with Dr. Ross and have had good experiences every time. His staff is very professional and very friendly. All work is explained and performed with great expertise.
I've seen Dr. Ross on numerous occasions and I would like to share my thoughts regarding how he is as a dentist and how I was treated by the staff. First of all, Dr. Ross is great about explaining the problem or in my case, problems and the best solution to resolve the problem(s). Dr. Ross and his great staff are caring, compassionate and excel at their work. I had many nightmare childhood experiences at the dentist, experience flashbacks sometimes during procedures, have TMJ and a great gag reflex. Needless to say, I'm not your average patient, they understand my problems and do everything possible to make my experiences pleasant and yes, they do succeed. I actually look forward to going to the dentist since moving to this practice. The hygienist was nice and didn't talk incessantly while my mouth was otherwise occupied. Dr. Ross is GENTLE...both in technique and personality. I have sensitive areas which have been torture for me in the past which both the hygienist and Dr. Ross were magnificent at working on with no discomfort.
Even tho I had such a dramatic sensitivity and could barely be touched during the cleaning, everyone was great. The Doctor, the hygienist and all the staff that were involved in my visit were supper gental and really understanding. Offering me a blanket was honestly a big comfort. would totally recommend this place to bff's!

Very professional, thorough dental team, who each take the chance to recognize and appreciate that you are welcome. Veronica, Alicia, and Dr. Ross were very knowledgable yet made the experience of visiting a dentist's office very relaxing. At the Front Desk, I have never walked into a doctor's office for the first time and had the employee there ready to greet me with a nice smile and introduction, until I met Claudia in Dr. Ross's office. A very pleasant experience!
I am usually terrified of the dentist but dr ross and his staff has been nothing but wonderful and im no longer afraid of going to see the dentist. Thank you
