The front receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Chris are excellent providers—kind and always discussing options without pressure. All the hygienists and dental assistants are patient and very helpful.

People who are working at Warm Springs Family Dental are always friendly and welcoming, so my younger son and I have been looking forward to going back there every six months for our getting cleaning teeth done( we do carpool on 880 :)). Especially newer receptionists are extremely kind, dental assistants are professional and fun to have a chat during their treatments and dentists are outstanding. Since my husband, two grown sons and I moved to other city in East bay, we still go there because each our visits have been so excellent. I always look forward to my cleaning appointment with Chris. Not only is she the best in her field taking great care to give you a thorough cleaning but she pays attention to you as a patient and looks for details and potential problems. She found a pre cancerous lesion under my tongue. I’m very grateful that it was caught in time and all is well.

I have been with Warm Springs Family Dental since 1998. For almost 24 years, every visit and phone conversations have been very good experiences. All the doctors and staff members are very helpful and professional, and have been providing excellent service. I am very happy with them.

Christine went out of her way to call me to remind me to take antibiotics (knee replacements 2018) prior to my appointment. She also noticed my lower inner teeth need special attention, so she did extra cleaning there! Thank you Christine. See you in June! :)

Excellent! Everything from my initial phone call, check in at the office, examination, x-ray, consultation, and setting up a quick follow-up appointment was so very stream-lined, efficient, and helpful! All the staff members were also very kind and professional.
