My experience was a one time experience with the Downey office . And I can genuinely say I felt good about the service and the team was understanding, communicated well and accommodated me in a tough time and they were very patient with me and I really appreciated and needed that . The receptionist I believe her name is Elaine , she was super helpful and took time to hear me out and met me down the middle in the adverse time . Thank you

I'm impressed the way their staff attended on me (not because it's my first time, I believe). They all assisted me very professionally, from the reception to the dental chair, Dr Kristin along with the staff made sure that I was comfortable not only with the service but on the financial side, they provided me options and explained very thoroughly making it easy for me to make a decision right there and then. I am a first-time patient at this dental clinic, and it is by far the best one I have been to. The staff is very welcoming, polite, and helpful, and they work together as a team. The dentist was very nice and answered all of my concerns. The cleanliness of the clinic is excellent. I have decided to have my treatments in this clinic, and I appreciate that they are willing to work with me on payment options. Thank you.
