This was a really negative dental experience. I’m lucky to have dental professionals in my family and have experienced a high quality of care elsewhere. The office is nearly impossible to get ahold of for follow up care or follow up pain, I left several messages with no response. They attempted to strong arm me into cosmetic procedures that I didn’t need nor ask for. The DA’s are young and inexperienced-in both of my visits the Dr had to replace the DA halfway through because she hadn’t even pro...read moreperly set up. They didn’t make me feel comfortable. Dr was ready rude went for a comestic consultation because I already have general dentist and they didn’t even talk about what i went for were just saying they wouldn’t do it unless they could fix all my other issues

02/22/22Hi! I am so sorry that you felt uncomfortable and that you were treated rudely; that is not typical of our team at all. At our practice we put patient health FIRST. We consider cosmetic work before health unethical and for that reason, if a patient has outstanding treatment, we do not even speak about cosmetics until these issues are addressed. It would be a liability to do cosmetic work for a patient and ignore their health. While we absolutely love the transformations and smile makeovers with cosmetics, health comes first. You could potentially lose all of the "cosmetic" work and ultimately, that could be a waste of money. Again, I apologize that you felt uncomfortable, but I do hope that you understand where we are coming from. I have major dentist anxiety and can’t handle people in my personal space. Dr Dailey and staff always make me feel comfortable when I am being seen. I would highly recommend his office to anyone and everyone.
