Having a long time phobia of the dentist has made every trip there awful until I met Dr. Nagao! Never have I trusted someone so much to be gentle and honest with me about the work that needs to be done. He always makes sure to only do the work I need, and is so good about being clear about what he’s doing before he does it. My twin sister and grandfather are now patients of Dr.Nagao because I love him so much and hopefully I can refer a ton more people - he deserves the world!

Dr.Nagao and His staff are awesome.. very friendly and there to help you.. not a fan of the dentist but since i started going with Him I'm a huge fan.. thank you to Josh and his staff for making people like me feel comfortable and taking care of me ALWAYS
I recently had a crown replaced and was amazed in the best way possible - the new crown fit with no adjustments! No sanding down high spots! It felt like an exact replica of the old crown, which I guess it was - Dr Nagao explained they are using 3D models of a patient's mouth to give the most perfect fit possible. Wonderful! Also - the staff here has to be the happiest of any office I've ever visited - they are all great people and deliver high quality service.
Dr. Nagao and his staff are the best!! He is always willing to give you options and suggestions for your dental care, and not just suggesting a procedure because it is best for his bottom line. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. I highly recomend them to anyone , especially those who may have had bad experiences in the past or has a sensitive mouth. Dr. Nagao and his hygienists are very gentle and take care to make sure you are comfortable.
I’m an extremely anxious dental patient, so it was such a relief to find Dr. Nagao and his team at Designer Dental. The entire team is amazing. What a fantastic office! I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and they have been so great with me. I tell everyone how much I love my dentist and my hygienist :) I highly recommend!!
I am terrified of all dentist. I cry and sometimes scream it is extremely traumatic each time I have to go to one. Dr Josh was so sincere and sweet. He made me feel comfortable and that I was OK before he did anything.He explained everything and they can sedate you so you do see or feel anything.. Exactly what I need.. It was one of the better experiences I have ever had. And I have cleared out several waiting rooms before.
I am big, I am tough, I am a United States Marine and as such nothing scares or gives me anxiety like the dentist office. That is until I met Dr. Nagao and his wonderful staff at Designer Dental. His chair side care is second to none and I wish I would have found sooner! Probably doesn't hurt that he is a Buckeye fan too! O-H!
