Brought daughter in for new patient evaluation. Staff is caring and kind. We really are glad we found this place.
We recently relocated to the area and needed to find a dentist. I used Yelp and Google to find reviews for Inspire and after checking insurance we decided to give them a try. I have to say that dentist and good reviews do not generally go hand in hand BUT my experience has changed my opinion. My daughter and I felt like we received "Resort Style" dental treatment. Let me say this first. I HATE going to the dentist. That said from the moment I called to make an appointment to see Dr Heap my anxieties were quashed! Once there the staff were wonderful and Dr Heap was very nice and helpful in coming up with a game plan for getting rid of my mouth pain and giving me a beautiful smile again! All I can say now is go see Dr Heap! He is wonderful and so is everyone in his office.
Had a wonderful experience, everyone was so friendly from the minute I made the appointment to walking out the door after my cleaning. I can not rave enough about them!
I have followed Dr. Yates to this office as he is that good!! He is the best combination of being a talented dentist with compassion and caring that is unsurpassed. This office was modern, up to date and friendly. I would recommend this practice and him with the highest of ratings.
After not seeing a dentist for over 4 years I tried Heap & Bunker because of a friend in the dental field highly recommend them. I was not dissapointed. My whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations! Their straight forward honest evaluation and detailed explanation of my dental needs in terms I understand has earned my trust and will keep me coming back. They have a very friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They all have a way of making you feel relaxed when your anxious about being at a dental office.
