***$129 New patients first initial visit including full mouth series of x-rays and comprehensive exam with treatment planning. No additional discounts apply. ***$199 Custom whitening trays and whitener product. Includes one visit for impressions to fabricate the custom trays and a second visit approximately 1 week later to deliver trays and instructions on bleaching process. No additional discounts apply. *** 15% senior discount applied towards dental services like exams, cleanings and restorative treatments for patient's without insurance and who are 65 years of age or older. Not applied towards dental products such as fluoride prescription toothpaste or whitener. ***5% Discount will be given to anyone making transactions for payment of services rendered with cash or check. Does not apply to patients with insurance or patients receiving a senior discount.
