Dr. Chiang received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of California, Riverside. He then earned a bachelor’s degree in dental science from Shanghai Jiaotong University in China and completed the postdoctoral AEGD program at NYU Lutheran. Hi my name is Julie and I grew up in Taiwan and moved to the USA in 1987. I was a patient of Dr. Chen's in Kirkland and I began working with her in 2006, when she trained me to be her assistant. I enjoy working with my friends, meeting new people, and helping everyone. I speak and write Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese and can translate for the patients when needed.
