For our patients who do not have insurance, we have developed an in-office membership plan to help maintain your oral health! The cost is $349 for the first family member and $349 for each additional family member who enroll. The plan includes 2 exams, cleanings and fluoride treatments per year, x-rays, and an additional 10% off any treatment needed by Dr Gilmer! Call the office at 423-543-5200 for additional information.
