Jennifer Koch, DMD, PC

Dr. Koch is originally from the Pocono area in Pennsylvania, and graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University in 2002 with a BS in Biology. During college, Dr. Koch earned her Pennsylvania state x-ray certification and worked as a dental assistant, as well as a summer intern at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She earned her DMD with highest honors from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Koch was one of a small group of students in her class to be inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Koch and her husband, both Lehigh University graduates, decided to return to Bethlehem after their time in Philadelphia. After completing a one-year general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, and practicing dentistry for five years in the Pocono and Lehigh Valley areas, Dr. Koch acquired the practice of Dr. Peter T. Davis in August of 2012. Dr. Koch is an active member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Medical Staff; she treats children two days per week on the Miles of Smiles mobile dental clinic, and also is an attending dentist in the hospital’s dental residency program. A member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Lehigh Valley Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society, Dr. Koch also earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2013. Dr. Koch regularly attends courses held by Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Continuing Dental Education Program, as well as various other courses throughout the country. Ashley graduated from the Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting program in November of 2016, and joined our team shortly after. Being able to interact with our patients on a daily basis is what she enjoys most about being a dental assistant. Ashley enjoys hiking with her two German Shorthair Pointers.
