Dr. Sheenu Goel grew up in the state of Ohio and attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate education. After private practice, Dr. Goel returned to Columbia CDM to pursue her specialty training in endodontics. At Columbia, Dr. Goel had an extensive education in didactic and clinical courses, and she enjoyed teaching endodontics to the undergraduate dental students. She prides herself on working hard to be a clinician who not only provides excellent care in root canals and root-end surgeries but also one who uses her knowledge from general practice to help patients make sound decisions about their treatments. Dr. Rush Davidson wanted to be an orthodontist since he was in junior high school. Once an awkward boy unwilling to smile or laugh without covering his teeth, Dr. Davidson’s life and personality were transformed by braces! After dental school, Dr. Davidson served as a captain in the United States Air Force Dental Corps at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, AZ. Dr. Davidson is very proud to have served his country, and in 2009 he was named the 56th Dental Squadron Company Grade Officer of the Year. Following his United States Air Force service, Dr. Davidson returned to New York City and earned a Certificate in Orthodontics from Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Davidson is a board-certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics—an accomplishment attained by only a small group of practicing orthodontists in the country. Dr. Davidson is a very friendly, caring, and compassionate person who is committed to delivering the highest quality of care for his patients. Throughout his training in New York City and service in the United States Air Force, Dr. Davidson was involved in many outreach organizations to the underserved people of Harlem, Washington Heights, and the Bronx. The highlight of his service was a 2-week dental humanitarian deployment in which he treated children and adults in Guyana, South America. Dr. Simms did his undergraduate training at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1988.
