Dr. Schwartz attended college and dental school in Pennsylvania. Following graduation from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, he was an active duty dentist in the US Navy. Both Dr. and Mrs. Schwartz enjoy living in and restoring historic homes, their Virginia home was built in 1852 and their Greensboro home was built in 1910.Dr. Schwartz enjoys skiing, golf, and hunting. We are proud to introduce Dr. Benjamin Bacon as our Director of Restorative Clinical Education. He supervises our sedation dentistry program as a sedation specialist. Dr. Bacon is a Texas native who relocated to North Carolina following his Air Force military service. He most recently served as the sole sedation specialist in Central California. Dr. Bacon graduated from Texas A&M University, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in biomedical sciences. Afterward, he attended New York University College of Dentistry, graduating as Valedictorian. Upon receiving his DDS degree, Dr. Bacon furthered his dental education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency while in the Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
